The Evidence
Mr. Lawless, Alleges in his May 2, 2019 FBI criminal complaint that over the past decade there is overwhelming evidence that hundreds of billions in fraudulent bonds were issued by municipalities and Wall Street firms. Those firms were able to secure fraudulent credit ratings from Moody’s, Fitch and S&P. Major Wall Street Banks then knowingly sold these fraudulent bonds to unsuspecting customers. When the bonds defaulted, as was the case in the 2008 mortgage bond crisis, the Detroit municipal bond default and the Puerto Rico bond default, criminal complaints were filed.
Senator Schumer utilized his political appointees within the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission to stop any investigations, prosecutions or meaningful regulatory action in exchange for political contributions. Senator Schumer was able to extort almost one hundred million dollars in payments over the past ten years.
As the book alleges, the senior staff at the DOJ and SEC that provided the protection were almost exclusively, Senator Schumer’s, political appointees.

This morning I filed a criminal complaint on your WEB based tip line, as instructed. The complaint alleges that Senator Schumer has been providing protection from FBI Investigations, DOJ prosecutions and SEC regulatory action in exchange for political donations.
