SISTER DR. ORALISA MARTIN AUTHORS THE BOOK WELL WOMEN WITNESS ~ LETTERS FROM CHRIST

United States, Louisiana, New Orleans – 11-18-2019 (PRDistribution.com) — Elm Hill Books, an imprint of HarperCollins Christian is publishing Well Women Witness ~ Letters from Christ, a workbook written by Evangelist, Keynote Speaker and Author, Sister Dr. Oralisa Martin. The new book has been inspired by the Bible story of Jesus Christ and the Samaritan woman at the well.

This new workbook consists of 10 interactive user-friendly letters from Christ to women. The front cover is a trademarked original professional art design depicting Jesus and the woman at the well. As a strong believer in the power of women, Sister Dr. Oralisa Martin’s inspirations take the readers away from the shadows that unduly confine and constrain women. Speaking about the upcoming workbook, Sister Dr. Oralisa Martin said, “I have observed that busy women are always taking care of everybody else; yet seldom taking time out for self! The Well Women Witness workbook provides women with the opportunity to take time out to be alone with the Lord. The workbook is a guided meditation of ten interactive Letters from Christ. It places the woman in dialogue with Jesus Christ. It is about taking time out for oneself in quietness and stillness in order to be in communion with God. Women rediscover themselves in a relationship with Jesus Christ just as the Samaritan woman at the well in John 4:1-30; 39-42.”  In a world where women are facing so many challenges with little support, this new workbook engages them in deep conversations with God pertaining to issues affecting their lives such as loneliness, abuse, shame, guilt, abandonment, discrimination, and other societal issues. By reading this book, the woman can disclose her innermost feelings to a loving God who always invites her to entrust everything to Him. As the woman draws to the end of the workbook, she encounters the Closing Love Letter from Christ.  Sister Dr. Oralisa Martin, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, is a prophetic Catholic woman teacher, preacher, and evangelist. Her style of preaching, charism of healing, and deliverances are rarely experienced, especially by an African American consecrated woman. As a 20th/21st century prophetic Catholic woman, she preaches with a Word from the Lord that resonates, heals, and brings clarity to women’s lives. Sr. Dr. Martin spearheads a Women’s Movement called WWW: Well Women Witness. She steps into the making of history empowering other women to free themselves from experiences such as fear, intimidation, abandonment, violence, racial and sexual discrimination, sexual abuse and rape.  Sr. Dr. Oralisa Martin received her prophetic calling from the Lord Jesus Christ at the age of seven at First Communion. It was then that she first heard a Word from the Lord. She immediately declared, with the innocence of a child that she was going to be a nun. The gift of self to Christ became the longing of her heart. And, so it was. Thessalona Martin became Sr. Oralisa Martin (1967). Prior to becoming a Sister, she was educated by the Sisters of the Holy Family in the sacred halls of St. Mary’s Academy, located in New Orleans French Quarters. Sr. Oralisa Martin was an honor student. She received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Xavier University (1973), a Master of Religious Education (MRE) from Loyola University (1983), and a Master of Theology (Th.M.) from Xavier University, the Institute of Black Catholic Studies (1989), New Orleans, Louisiana. She also received a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) from Howard University School of Divinity (summa cum laude, 1993). Through her religious preaching and organization, she has helped numerous women to encounter Christ in their lives. Her goal is to reach more women and help them grow in their faith. The Well Women Witness: Letters from Christ workbook will be launched January 21, 2020 with a retail price of $35.99. The workbook is a softcover 8.5″ x 11″ – 188 pages in full color using perfect binding. About ORACLE Religious Association ORACLE Religious Association (ORACLE) is a non-profit, tax-exempt, Christian, charitable organization with a 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) status.
