McKinney Properties acquires a 282- unit Class A apartment complex in the Washington, D.C. Metro

United States, Virginia, Fort Belvoir – 01-29-2020 ( — ALEXANDRIA, VA — McKinney Properties, Inc., a national multifamily owner/operator, has acquired Belvoir Square, a 282-unit Class A multifamily complex in Fairfax County, Northern Virginia (Washington, D.C. Metro).  Completed in April 2017, the property is the premier apartment community in the Fort Belvoir submarket, which is home to numerous U.S. Army and Department of Defense agencies and 51,000 military and civilian personnel.  Belvoir Square achieved LEED Silver construction certification for energy efficiency.
