This case is presented as a simulated-patient experience of a 29-year-old, term pregnant woman and goes over the coronavirus differential diagnosis in pregnancy, important diagnostic tests, management including infectious disease precautions in the hospital, delivery considerations and care of the newborn. The simulated case follows CDC, WHO, Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine (SMFM), and American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) guidelines and will be updated twice a week to ensure it includes the most current recommendations.
