Her main focus is on Stress Management and utilizing Meditation and Yoga. Teresa is highly skilled in the art of Integrative Health and Functional Medicine, meanwhile she has demonstrated success as a Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Cardiology for many years. Teresa uses Integrative Health Medicine to help people get to the root cause of a disease rather than just treating the symptoms.
Before embarking on her professional career path focused on Integrative Health and the benefits of incorporating Meditation and Yoga, Teresa began volunteering her time and traveling to other countries.
