Icewind Introduces the CW100

United States, Texas, Port Aransas – 06-08-2020 (PRDistribution.com) — Beginning development in 2012 as a college project of Saethor Asgiersson, the CW100 was designed as a Low Voltage Wind Turbine (LVWT) meant to withstand the harsh arctic winters of beautiful Iceland. Designed to meet the needs of the telecom industry and to service the remote power needs of government, military, and any other low voltage power requirements. The CW100 is extremely durable, and has been tested, proven to meet the requirements of the end user. The CW100 features a low cut in speed of 5 mph, generating power up to 134 mph. It requires low to no maintenance and has a long service life. The CW100 is constructed of stainless steel, aircraft aluminum, and carbon fiber to maximize durability and lifespan.  And now, coming to America over the 4th of July weekend in Port Aransas, Texas, you can see it in person.

On July 3rd and 4th, Icewind America will be joined by Daníel Auðunsson and Adams Ponnis, Icewind’s project managers and industrial designers, coming straight from Iceland to Port Aransas, TX. Icewind will showcase the CW100. We will be located at mile marker 39 on the Port Aransas beach from 8am to 2pm. Come join us and see the full potential of Icewind’s innovative CW100 and talk about our plans for a better, greener future.
