The owners of Kingsbay Mansion’s vacation rental properties are announcing the opening of the 2022 season with premium waterfront offerings. There is the Bayhouse, Waterside, Dockside, and the Mansion complex.

Kingsbay Bayhouse is an exclusive private waterfront house separated by a 70-foot grand solarium hallway off Kingsbay Mansion, formally referred to, as the West Wing. Recently, a new 350 square foot gourmet kitchen was added, completely out fitted with all new state of art appliances, and fully stocked with cooking and serving accessories. In addition, there are two new sets of free to use, washers and dryers. Along, with a custom bar room that seats 12, there is a great room that provides leather recliner(s) theater seating for 15 people at one time and a counter height dining table center, for eight. It is complete with built-in book selves all reminiscence of an Old English Hardwood Paneled Pub and Parlor rooms.

Kingsbay Waterside is an elegant, modern, waterfront compound and definitely one of a kind. Located on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Waterside is situated on the peninsula of Coulbourn Creek at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay just north of Crisfield Maryland. Recently purchased by the owners of Kingsbay Mansion, they bring their hospitality expertise and flair for design to this newly renovated property. This private, modern, wooded compound has breath taking, panoramic waterfront with a 160-foot dock and new in ground swimming pool. Waterside has five spacious bedrooms and three full baths, a generous theater room and a bar game room. There is a 160-foot dock for those who bring their own boats, enjoy water sports and fishing.

Kingsbay Dockside is a newly renovated, Swiss country style home with a breathtaking panorama view of the water up both sides of the creek and a stunning view of Kingsbay Mansion in the distance. Just inside a marble floored entry foyer are bedrooms left and right. One hosts an en suite bathroom. Dockside has an open great room just off the first-floor deck that has a comfortable living space and ample dining room area, as well as a new kitchen with spacious counters, bar seating for three and state of the art appliances. The kitchen is outfitted with a full array of dinner and cookware with kitchen utensils and appliances galore. The newly added solarium is painted in English manor red, with ceramic floors, and granite wet bar. Five plush red and black recliners await guests to relax in front of a generous flat screen television. The solarium steps onto smart, exposed aggregate decking that surrounds a luscious swimming pool for those long sizzling summer days filled with sunshine and fresh air. Kingsbay Mansion is a gated, elegant Georgian waterfront estate and one of a kind. Located on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Kingsbay is situated on the peninsula of Coulbourn Creek at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay just north of Crisfield Maryland. It is the largest private home in Somerset County and was designed by Ian McCallum, the architect for Colonial Williamsburg. Built in 1970 on 7 acres and in middle of 500 acres of prime Maryland farmland, this estate offers 11 bedrooms, 10 full baths and 3 half baths. Five of its spectacular suites boasts en suite baths.
