The Plaintiff filed several contempt motions with the Court after Greene a/k/a Cruz allegedly failed to turn over all the recordings of her alleged rape, submitted edited versions instead, and failed to turn over the iPhone used to produce the recordings, as required by court orders. A contempt trial was scheduled by the Court and concluded on February 15th, 2022, when Greene a/k/a Cruz was cross examined for several hours by former prosecutor and legal analyst Julie Rendelman.
Greene a/k/a Cruz was found guilty of both criminal and civil contempt according to a ruling issued by a Nassau County New York Supreme Court Judge on April 4, 2022, which is available on the Court’s website.
Other private investigators hired by IIGPI, including New York State licensed private investigator Richard Custodio and retired NYPD officer Ferdinand “Fred” Caravousanos are defendants in the same sexual assault lawsuit.
