Austin, Texas – 02-27-2019 (PRDistribution.com) — Data Genomix™ (http://datagenomix.com) won a Reed Award for its social media advertising platform’s use across five states during the 2018 election cycle. The political marketing publication Campaigns & Elections hosted the 2019 Reed Awards in Austin, Texas on February 21st and singled out Data Genomix’s product topplr™ among thousands of entries for its sophisticated targeting on social media. Topplr, which launched in the spring of 2018, was used to conduct a voter turnout campaign on social media in Arizona, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Maine, and Michigan for a national non-profit.
“Political technology remains on the cutting edge of digital marketing, so it’s a tremendous honor to be recognized in this space.” said Nick Martin, CEO of Data Genomix. “At a ceremony filled with the country’s best digital agencies, we’re thrilled to see our technology compete and win.”
Data Genomix builds social media marketing software-as-a-service (SaaS) for verticals beyond political marketing, including online recruiting and data-driven advertising. The Data Genomix product suite provides access to premium targeting that finds an advertiser’s exact target on multiple social media platforms. Data Genomix’s SaaS products bring sophisticated digital media buying tools within reach of candidates and advertisers of all sizes.
“Winning a Reed Award is extraordinarily difficult. Thousands of entries compete, but very few make the cut. That’s how it should be in the most exacting award the campaign industry has,” said Shane D’Aprile, Co-Publisher of Campaigns & Elections. “When you encounter a Reed Award winner you know one thing for certain, they produce work that’s head and shoulders above the competition.”
Data Genomix won the Reed Award for Best Use of Online Targeting for a Non-partisan Independent Expenditure Campaign. The company was also a finalist for three additional Reed Awards: Most Innovative Product of the Year; Best Use of Online Targeting for a County, Local or Judicial Campaign (Non-Mayoral); and Best Use of Online Targeting for a State Legislative Campaign.
