With more than 15 years of professional experience as a talented and passionate Pediatrician, Dr. Daniela has certainly proven herself as accomplished and she is an expert of pediatric and adolescent medicine. She is a dynamic results-driven leader who has demonstrated success and advancement throughout her entire career.
Currently, Dr. Atanassova-Lineva cares for her patients at Peds 4 Kids in Rego Park, New York. She is a board-certified pediatrician and a fellow of the Academy of Pediatrics section for adolescent medicine. Peds 4 Kids is accepting new patients, offers care credit financing, and telehealth sessions are available.
Her impressive areas of expertise include pediatric primary care, adolescent medicine, emergency medicine, dermatology, integrated and aesthetic medicine and specializes in asthma, allergic disorders, obesity and nutrition. Her patients are the young, younger and youngest as a pediatric specialist.
Dr. Attanassova-Lineva is a sought-after speaker who is fluent in five languages and has delivered several presentations at the Eastern European Meetings of Pediatrics. Her published scholarly articles contain information on nutrition, obesity, and sports medicine. Recently, she wrote a publication on the difficulties of feeding newborn with a cleft lip or cleft palate.
Additionally, Dr. Atanassova-Lineva is extending her practice to incorporate aesthetic and integrative medicine treatments to deliver optimal results for the entire family.
Before embarking on her professional career path, Dr. Atanassova-Lineva earned a maximum medical school admittance score and won acceptance into Varna Medical University in Bulgaria where she earned her medical degree. She returned to United States and completed her pediatric residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, also affiliated with Elmhurst Hospital in New York.
Furthermore, Dr. Atanassova-Lineva maintains affiliations with the Long Island Jewish Medical Center, New York Presbyterian-Queens and Mount Sinai Hospital. She serves as an assistant in the hospital’s Department of Pediatric Emergency Medicine and instructs medical students and pediatric residents. She teaches a mini clinic at Stony Brook University for students studying to be physicians’ assistants.
Dr. Attanassova-Lineva and her son Daniel Linev are the Founders of the Stefaniforever20 Foundation. Their passion to keep the legacy of Stefani Lineva beloved daughter and sister and their love for tennis and sports empowered them to create ways of helping underprivileged and less fortunate children play tennis.
Stefaniforever20 works in collaboration with doctors, trainers, nutritionists and psychologists to achieve its Mission. The Foundation involves young children, high school and college students and specifically targets less fortunate children who need financial support and aid in order to pursue their dreams on and off the tennis court.

In past years, the International Pediatric Association honored her as a Leading Physician of the World and as a Top Pediatrician in Queens, New York. Looking back, Dr. Attanassova-Lineva attributes her success to her perseverance, her unique understanding of pediatric and adolescent medicine, and her experiences and mentors she has worked alongside. When not working, she enjoys being a world traveler having visited over 50 countries, spending time with her family, doing lots of volunteer work in Nicaragua, Nepal and Honduras. She is also an avid tennis player, scuba diver, biker, rock climber and yogi.
